ZOE’S BBQ PULLED PORK

 

3 lbs. Pork Shoulder

1 ea.  Onion, chopped

3 cl.   Garlic, chopped

3 C    Zoe’s Anything Sauce

 

Put all ingredients in a crock pot

Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, until fork tender

Shred with two forks and mix with leftover Sauce in the pot

ZOE'S BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA

prepared pizza crust

10 ounces chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

tablespoon olive oil

tablespoons Zoe's Jerk BBQ Sauce

1⁄2 cup Zoe's Jerk BBQ Sauce to drizzle on top after it's done

cup mozzarella cheese

1⁄4 small red onion

Optional: Add pepperoni
